This is a beginning watercolor class that offers a gentle, playful way to learn color, brush control, and the surprising beauty of accidents. You’ll explore simple washes, basic color mixing, and how water changes everything—soft edges, luminous layers, and unexpected blooms. Through short demos and guided exercises, you’ll practice holding a brush, loading pigment, and letting go of perfection as you discover texture, light, and your own creative rhythm. Ideal for total beginners or anyone returning to painting, the class focuses on hands-on practice, clear techniques, and plenty of encouragement so you leave the class with new skills and a 3 small, personal painting sto be proud of - a filed of flowers, a birds nest with eggs, a feather. Bring curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and an old towel—you’ll get the rest.
All materials will be provided. Children under 14 must attend with an adult family member or guardian.
Cost - FREE but space is limited.
